Mo / Aiko Okamto is visual artist and curator, working between club culture and fine art. Diploma at Academy of Fine Arts, Munich in the class of Media Art (Prof. Klaus vom Bruch). As resident VJ at Munich´s Harry Klein Club since 2006, her visuals made numerous nights and days happy and unforgettable. Not only on international VJ Festivals such as LPM Roma, Laptoprus Madrid, VJ Fest Istanbul she played also for the Festivals of Bavarian State Opera and Haus der Kunst and is also giving VJ Workshops. Recently DJing more often and played at Fusion and Nachtdigital.
As a member of female:pressure, an international network of female artists in electronic music and digital arts she joined the team of female:pressure Perspectives festival in Berlin and is running a monthly “MEETUP“.
